Your semen analysis seems to be normal except for sperm count.

It is not clear if it is 174 million per ml or 174 per ml. Please clarify the same.

Total count/ml 174 10^6. Ref range >20*10^6
Total count/ejaculation 957 10^6. Ref range> 40*10^6
In report this 10^6 is the unit.i mentioned the ref range for each
