As an Urologist, the finding in one sample of semen analysis shows sub optimal motility (movements ) of sperms. Otherwise the report is grossly normal.
However now that you're on medication, you should repeat the semen analysis in one months' time, after 2 days abstinence.
As in my previous advice, your scrotal doppler ultrasound and blood FSH,LH, PRL are also needed to complete the basic assessment and give an expert advice.

In the last answer, i've explained, that you need to continue the medicines for another 3 months. Also, your blood hormones and scan have not been done yet.
There's no need to rush into A.R.T.(assissted reproductive techniques), so soon.
Your problem may be corrected with medical treatment, if the scan and hormones are normal. So reply, with the reports and don't be in such a hurry.
Also, understand, that test tube procedure (I.V.F.), is not a 100 % guarantee, that your wife will conceive. The best centres have a success rate of approximately 35-40 % pregnancy. It's also an expensive procedure, for each attempt.
