Brief Answer:
Abnormal values and require to have a physical examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
If you had collected the sample after more than 3 days of abstinence, the result is abnormal.
It is better that you get yourself examined by a urologist/ XXXXXXX for correctable problems like varicocele which produce abnormal semen.
Do get back to me with further queries if you have any.
