What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: I have done my semen analysis
D volume is 3 ml
Liquification time is up to 5 he's
Sperms count is 92 million / ml
Actively motile 20%
Sluggishly motile 25 %
Non motile 60%
And other findings are pus cells 10-12/hpf
Spermatogonic cells are present
Is there chance of fertility?
Or how it may improve to get fertile
Suggest pls

Your semen analysis is excellent. The only problem is semen infection leading to increased pus cells and liquefaction.

Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.

Infection occurs due to??
Wat is to be done for recovery??
And 1 thing I occasionally take bear and smoke...is it because of that??pls suggest wat medicine should take to recover the problem?

Pus cells indicate infection of semen.

Infection could be due to any reason. It's like cold and cough. Semen infection is possible.

You cannot take any medicines without test.

Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.
