Question : Hi doctor,
Today I have for semen analysis at 6.30 am.
After around 10hours the liquefaction of semen not happened. Is it so dangerous?
Really worried after I got the call from the pathology center

Semen liquefaction should complete within first one hour.

Semen infection is most common for such prolonged non liquefaction.

Please take a broad spectrum antibiotics prescribed from your doctor before repeating another semen analysis.
