Brief Answer:
You have infection of seminal vesicles or prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on your semen analysis report you seem to have low sperm count (Oligospermia) with infection of either seminal vesicles or prostate,

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done
1) Semen Culture
2Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen

Start taking antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per future report You will need to take antibiotics for 6 weeks.

This will help to increase sperm count too.

Hope I have answered your query Please feel free to ask if you have any more question
Thanks with Regards
Dr Patil
