Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per the attached report and the semen analysis result there are high pus cells, delayed liquefaction and agglutination of the sperm cells.
There are high number of immotile sperms as well. But given high count of sperms the immotile sperms may not interfere with pregnancy as there are more motile sperms.
Sperm agglutination, delayed liquefaction is because of infection and inflammation of the sperms, that is evident by high pus cells.
I suggest to get antibiotic therapy for a month and retest the sperm after one month of stopping antibiotic. If the agglutination is present even then you should get tested for anti sperm antibodies which prevent to fertilize the egg.
In such a case sperm washing and ICSI methods can be tried.
So please seee your doctor for treatment of infection.
