Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic.

I think your semen analysis is normal. If your wife's reports are normal and she is not having any other fertility issues, you can try naturally for a pregnancy for 6 months to one year.

Be in contact with your wife every 2 to 3 days after her periods stop. It will increase chance of pregnancy.

If you have already tried for a year, you can try ovulation induction with timed intercourse.

Talk to your doctor regarding this.
