Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This indicates you have no issues( baby).
I hope your wife has undergone complete check up and declared to be fit without any problems to have pregnancy.
I would advise you ::
Please have abstinence ( no ejaculation) for 3 to 5 days and repeat the semen analysis from another laboratory to confirm.
This may give a better picture.
Try to understand - out of the millions of sperms it needs only one sperm to reach the ovum and fertilize to have a baby,
All the different websites and Doctors will have a person choice as to which is a normal semen analysis and sperm count. So please do not indulge into many details, that confuses the patient more.
Let us have another test from a reputed laboratory in your area.
Till then you can have medicines like multivitamins with Ginseng twice daily.
Have a healthy lifestyle; no smoking , no alcohol. Good balanced diet and exercises. This really works in many patients.
Drink plenty of oral fluids. Do not work in hot atmosphere and do not wear tight underwear and cloths. Have cold bath for scrotum.
All this help.
Awaiting for another report from the reputed laboratory.
