Detailed Answer:
Hi
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply
1. Your sperm count is normal. Your sperm morphology is also with in normal limits.
2. Your semen parameter has few problems. I will describe them one by one.
3. There is delayed liquefaction of semen more than one hour and also there are some pus cells. This indicates infection of semen.
4. Unfortunately culture has shown no growth meaning infection may be minor or report is wrong. So get semen analysis and culture sensitivity done in another lab wgich is much better to confirm above result again before going ahead with treatment.
5. There are few RBC means small trauma while giving sample and possibly some blood in semen.
6. Let me know the report after repeating semen analysis and culture in another lab after 3 days of abstinence (not having sex).
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
If there were only pus cells then it was different. Now these pus cells are delaying liquefaction which means they are more.
So it is better to get a third sample done.
