Question: i had semen analysis done. is my reports ok? liquefaction at 37*c 40 minutes volume 2.00 ml colour whitish viscosity thik ph 7.5 tota sperm concentration 86million/ml percentage motility 80% grade a 50% progressive motile grade b 30% non progressive motile grade c 20% immotile vitality 85% agglutination negative longevity 180 minutes pus cells 3-4 /hpf normal morphology 80% abnormal morphology 20% head defects 5% neck & midpiece 10% tail defects 5% semen fructose qualitative positive

Brief Answer: Follicular growth scan Detailed Answer: Hi, It is not important as to how many times to have sex in order to conceive. It is important to understand when to have sex. That is When you have sex around time of ovulation which happens around 14th day in a regular 28 day menstruating woman, it has more chance of pregnancy. Better method is to get follicular growth scan of your wife around 14th day of menstrual cycle and know the possible days of ovulation from doctor. If you have sex during these days it has maximum chance of pregnancy. Regards

Brief Answer: fgs Detailed Answer: Hi Women releases eggs during ovulation which are in side a follicle. These eggs are released only during ovulation period when follicle reaches 18 nm in size. This egg after release mixes with your sperm and pregnancy takes place. Follicular growth scan will identify the growing size of follicles and predict possible day of ovulation when you need to have sex. This scan is done by gynecologist.
