What Does This Sonography Report During 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

I ovulated on 15th XXXXXXX 2015 as I have been tracking it.
Yesterday I bleed a couple of tablespoons and passed a bean sized clot or something then the bleed suddenly stopped and now very minor spotting
Gestational sac size 35mm x 23mm x 14m
Mean = 24.0mm
Volume = 5.9mm
Yolk sac present
Mean = 4.0mm
Embryo present
CRL = 2.0mm
Are these normal sizes for the weeks I am pregnant. (On report for the above it says 7 weeks +3days)
Repeat ultrasound after one week.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I m Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Considering you ovulated on 15th XXXXXXX you are now seven weeks six days pregnant.
Is this your first ultrasound?
Was this a transvaginal ultrasound? The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound is better than transabdominal ultrasound.
The gestational sac diameter corresponds to 7 weeks plus pregnancy.
The size of yolk sac is also fine.
But the CRL of 2mm corresponds to 5 plus weeks. There can be an error in this regard either because the resolution of machine is not good or the sonologist is not well experienced. The error is more common with transabdominal ultrasound. So I suggest that you repeat ultrasound after one week. By then cardiac activity must be seen in the embryo. That will make thing clear. I suggest you consult your doctor and take progesterone support during this week.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.

Thank you for your response. This was a transvaginal ultrasound and was my 2nd.Attached is the first report I received.
I will consult my doctor.
Many thanks and kind regards XXXXXXX XXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi Miss XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
You must have done this scan on 9th July. If so then by now I am afraid the CRL should have measured around 10-12 mm and there should have been cardiac activity.
Unfortunately in that case the pregnancy seems to be not progressing normally. Yet I suggest that you repeat ultrasound after one week. Sometimes there can be errors in ultrasound measurements.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
