Brief Answer:
What prompted this test?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This test alone doesn’t really get me concerned. I will like to know what your symptoms are which prompted this test to be done. Diarrhea? Abdominal pains? etc. This will complete the information and allow for proper evaluation for a comprehensive, personalized and helpful response to you.
I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.

Brief Answer:
What other symptoms do you have?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pus cells alone are not sufficient to tell whether there is an ongoing problem as they are often present. However, we need to corroborate this with symptoms for more rounded interpretation.
If you have any symptoms, report for further review. If there are no symptoms, I will suggest that you disregard the WBC count at this time. Between, what prompted you doing this test?
Keep me updated!

Brief Answer:
You probably have a bacterial infection! Get a stool culture done!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will suggest you get a stool culture done. This way, the germ would be isolated and treated. .Besides, the report should have talked about possible parasites. Is it possible to upload the entire report as presented to you for review?
I hope to hear back from you!

Brief Answer:
Do a stool culture!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Because of the diarhea and abdominal pains, I will like that you do a stool culture. This is because no finding on the report form supports the presence of pus cells in the analysis.
If you had no symptoms, I could ignore mere pus cells but with symptoms, I will like to have a stool culture done.
I wish you well.
