What Does This Stress Test Report Indicate?
Exclude GERD and other gastrointestinal problems
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Based on the stress test results (it is negative clinically, ecg and echocardiographically for exercise induced myocardial ischemia) the chest pain isn't related to cardiac issues.
The pain most likely may be related to:
- GERD or acid reflux (heartburn) or other gastrointestinal problems
- Costocondritis or other rib and sternal muscle disorders
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to confirm exclude gastrointestinal problems:
- Cervical spine x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back
In order to definitely exclude any cardiac problems (this will reassure you that everything is ok) I would suggest to do cardiac ct angiography (cardiac ct scan).
A normal cardiac ct angiography with a normal test will definitely exclude cardiac issue. Also it's of great help in the evaluation of chest skeletal and muscular structure.
Hope this will be of help!
