Brief Answer:
must take medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX I understand your health concerns.
She needs these medicines in prescribed dosage.
Duphaston and HCG injections are very important to support pregnancy and placenta.
Tranexemic acid is to stop bleeding and thus is given till she bleeds and then should be stopped.
But duphaston and HCG injections should be continued.
But she should take full rest and also avoid constipation and sexual activity.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
rest and medicine continue
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, its good that she is not bleeding now but still rest and medicine is very important.
I have seen the reports, hematoma is not clearly visible because ultrasound is a ongoing analysis by changing the position of probe
But even if the hematoma is not there the management will stay the same.
For vomiting give her doxylamine tablets 10 mg at night daily and tablet ondansetron early morning but empty stomach.
Adequate rest and small but frequent meals are very important.
All the best.
