Brief Answer:
Quit the alcohol and the condition will reverse.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. You are consuming alcohol and I am afraid that alcohol is the main reason for this USG (ULTRASOUND) finding. Consumption of alcohol is associated with deposition of fat globules in liver cells which reflect as fatty liver. This is not a serious condition but I will advise you to stop using alcohol because this may progress to hepatitis (alcohol induced hepatitis) later to cirrhosis of liver. In late stages liver failure may occur.

I also want to tell you that this is not a serious condition but if you will not stop or decrease alcohol use there is risk to progression to more severe conditions.

I also want to advise you to get your liver function tests done (Serum bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT). If tests come normal there is no need to fear. Quit the alcohol and the condition will reverse.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. If you have more doubts ask again.
