Brief Answer:
No significant abnormality in ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

This small fibroid is of no significance. It does not cause any problem. Don't worry. Fibroids as such are harmless mass of uterine muscle cells.

Endometrial thickness of 1.1 mm after the first week of period is normal.
The ovarian volumes are normal too.
The prominent para uterine vessels can be present in some who do not have any complaints. This is non significant.

What is your complaint? Why did you do this ultrasound?

If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Bedt wishes,
Dr Rama
