What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hii,I am XXXXXXX my LMP is 30/07/15 and on dated 11 September i have test my pregnancy and its positive sing but in my pregnancy kit not fully dark and on 20 September 3pm bleeding in my urine with sporting blood and doctor advice for ultrasound with tvc.after ultrasound doctor say that bleeding blood is collection from outside from uterus and impression on his report that intervention pregnancy with CHOIRO DECIDUAL HEMOT..And say that after a week again ultrasound.then today I again ultrasound and result is that it has had complete miscarriage. And my both uterus and Overy are normal size.no any problem.So please explain why its happen and what should I do.is their any serious problem can I again trying my pregnancy.

I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern

Miscarriage might be related to number of reasons like
Hormonal imbalances
infection or inflammation of urogenital tract
And many other rarer reasons

Here I would like further information for better assessment like
Your age and relevant medical history
Are you trying first time?
Have you been ordered any blood investigation, if yes please upload me the reports

You can again try for it, you should wait for at least 3 to 6 months to get yourself ready again.
I would advise you for a battery of tests like hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, blood sugar, thyroid function test, anti phospholipid antibodies and urine culture as well as testing for hepatitis B and C virus, VDRL and HIV test and urine test.
