What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: my 14 yr old daughter has had no period for 2 months when they have been regular for nearly 3 years. she has pelvic pain. She has had an ultrasound which shows complex pelvic fluid in the pouch of XXXXXXX with low level internal echoes and more defined 11.7 X 7.4 X 8.9mm focus that may be part of bowel or represent blood clot/debris or hemorrhage
the cause for fluid is not defined from the ultrasound . it also says maybe ruptured cyst. Should she have a ct scan to determine where it's coming from and cause???
I appreciate your opinion. Thanks

I do not have access to do that
Brief Answer:
Really need more details
Detailed Answer:
I am so sorry, without access to the report, it is impossible to comment properly.
There seems to be some error in the typing part.
Also, she may need further imaging ( CT scan etc ) if the report is ambiguous.
I really need more details to understand the situation .
I hope you can realize that.
Take care.
Yes, the fluid maybe coming from a ruptured cyst, but I need to see the images and the report to guide you in a proper and better manner.
