What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi I had an ultasound of my neck due to 2 lumps Ive had on my neck for over a year.

I was wondering if the ultrasound looks ok? I have a doctors appointment on Monday but cant help but be a little freaked about the 'round thing' at the top of the trachea.

Hello

It is difficult to comment from a single image.You may upload more images so that I can interpret better.
However,round thing in right side of isthmus of thyroid appears partial section of surrounding strap muscles in neck.
Both lobes of thyroid appears normal.

There is a lymph node in left side of neck(posteriorly).
Rest of the findings are normal.
