Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. You have a bulky uterus that itself is not a disease. It can happen due to hormonal influence. The irregular menstrual periods that you have are related to perimenopausal hormonal changes. This can be corrected with the help of proper hormonal therapy under the guidance of a gynecologist.
The other symptoms are also related to perimenopause. Regular hormonal treatment will help in improvement of symptoms soon.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Detailed Answer:
I understand that your wife is not losing weight during pregnancy. It is you who is losing weight. Am I right?
In that case you need proper investigations and a detailed examination to find out the cause and to rule out any metabolic disorder. The treatment will then depend on the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Weight loss occurs when the body does not absorb as many calories as it uses. Rapid unintentional weight loss in women may be a symptom of serious illness. A comprehensive health history is the first step in making a diagnosis. The answers to questions such as when did weight loss start, how much weight has been lost, has diet or activity level changed, have there been mood changes or in bladder or bowel habits and any other symptoms will provide clues. A physical exam and laboratory findings, such as blood and urine tests, X-rays or ultrasounds,CT scans or MRI scans may be necessary to find the cause of unintentional weight loss and determine treatment choices.
There is huge list of causes for such unexplained loss of weight which includes
Simple reason like sustained blood loss from menstrual irregularities,
Diabetes
Bowel diseases
Infections like tuberculosis and HIV
Various types of malignancies etc
Let your wife be investigated properly in the hospital to find the cause for weight loss and then treatment can be instituted accordingly.
The diet can be suggested only after the cause of eight loss is established.
