Question: what causes a hormonal imbalance?

my prolactin is high at 44.8 keeps increasing

dose this effect being able to conceive?

I've gained excessive weight
always tired
trying to become pregnant no luck

dose the hormonal imbalance cause endometrium lining get thicker ?
mine is measuring at 1.2 cm i had a biopsy was benied.
dose the prolactin play a role in any of my issues

i am not on any medication
i attached my ultrasound of thyroid

I understand your concerns about infertility.

High prolactin levels do cause infertility but they don't cause thick endometrium. This can easily be treated with medicines. I hope you have got medicines for high prolactin levels.

High thyroid levels also lead to infertility. Your attached ultrasound scan report shows small nodule which needs to be evaluated further and treated. Please let me know your thyroid blood test reports.

Blood in stool i already went to the GI and ordered a Ct scan and didn't see anything
