What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

this is report of ultrasound. Age 54, drinks moderately. Kindly advise present condition and what is to be done
I am getting on pain on bottom of both the feet while walking. Also body aches in legs and hands as well.
Expected Ultrasound findings of liver
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the query and sharing the Ultrasound report of liver. It would be better if you share the liver function tests as well.
There is nothing significant to address on the report. This is as expected. The parenchymal texture is bounching the sonic waves quicker than the normal echotexture. That means the normal tissue is replaced with something denser like fat. It means there is more fat deposited in the liver.
Alcohol is the main culprit behind this. Since the current findings are reversible you can take necessaary precautions not to progress it further. Diabetes adds more problems. This can be a wake up call for you. Quit alcohol by joining a deaddiction program.
Sooner you will go into irreversible stage without notice or symptoms.
Pain under feet is because of wear and tear of the bones. THere may be degeneration. You should choose softer sole footwear. Put your legs in hot water for 10 minutes at the end of the day. The pain would be addressed quickly. Besides you can take pain killers like Brufen up to 400mg.
Hope this is clear.

LFT tests done
Bilirubin(total) - 1.3 mg/dL
Bilirubin(Conjugated) : 0.50 mg/dL
Bilirubin(unconjugated) : 0.80 mg/dL
all others are in normal limits (Protein Total: 6.5, Albumin -3.7, Globulin- 2.8, AST(SGOT) -29 U/L etc)
My previous opinion holds good
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The LFTs are pretty good so the matter of serious concern is over.
Fatty change in the liver could be due to alcohol consumption, diabetes uncontrolled or lack of regular physical exercise.
Having known the causes for the liver change, you should be knowing what to do now.
My previous advice still holds good.
Work out daily with simple exercise for at least 1 hour.
Let me know if you have any more specific questions.
