Brief Answer:
Non alcoholic fatty liver disease due to obesity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Simple cysts can be present in liver. Only when it cause symptoms (size more than 4 cm) like abdominal pain, then treatment is necessary.

2. Ultrasound findings also are showing fatty change of liver. It’s related to obesity. It is Non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

3. Gall bladder, small calculus, not to worry for now if no symptoms.

4. Enzymes elevated due to fatty change.

Weight reduction, low fatty diet is essential. Still it is reversible.

Need to concentrate on weight reduction, moderate exercises and fiber rich diet.
Followup ultrasound for cyst size changes or further calculus formation necessary

Hope it helps.
If you have any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
All medications safe in prescribed doses for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for asking again.

You have at present, only mild fatty change in liver.
It is reversible with weight reduction.

You need to watch medications, specifically if you have mild to moderate liver damage.

However, the medications, all in prescription doses as you are taking now, are not known to cause any damage.
You can safely take all these medications.

Try to reduce weight and alcohol intake (if any) along with moderate exercises.

Hope it helps.
If you have any further queries, happy to help again.
