Brief Answer:
blood reports are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
Iam happy to know that your thyroid and prolactin levels are normal. And your height and weight are appropriate.
Only the ultrasound report is abnormal showing PCOD.And the endometrium thickness is more than usual which is usually seen in PCOD.
PCOD is routinely seen these days due to change in lifestyle.Adapt a healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and eat healthy nutritional diet.Avoid junk and high calorie food.
PCOD is treated by a course of hormonal pills for 3 to 6 months.
Dont worry its treatable.Avoid any stress if there.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Brief Answer:
it is due to hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.
In my opinion PCOD is the condition where in small cysts are formed in the ovary due to hormonal imbalance.
It is not a malignancy. It is just a treatable condition.Treatment can be medical or surgical.
Medical treatment is usage of combined hormonal pills for 6 months to 1 year. This is prescribed for those who are not wanting pregnancy. The hormonal pills decrease the cyst.
Surgical treatment is laparoscopic puncture of cysts. This is given to those who want to become pregnant.
Problem with PCOD is irregular cycles and there by infertility might be the problem.
As you are only 21 theres lot of time for the condition to get cured.
You need not worry. This is not a major problem.PCOD is routinely seen in practice these days due to altered bad lifestyle.
It can be treated.Improvement of condition can be known by appearance of regular cycles even after stopping the treatment.
Adapt healthy lifestyle as said in previous query. And avoid stress if any which is also very important.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr srilatha
