There is doubt about position of IUCD.Other findings are normal.

Findings are almost normal except the fact that there is doubt about low position of IUCD.
It need clinical correlation about low position of IUCD,it might had been migrated down.
Other major findings are normal.
Uterus appears normal.Endometrail thickness is also normal.
Both ovaries also appears normal.There are many physiological follicular cysts in both ovaries which is a normal finding.
