What Does This Ultrasound Report While On Infertility Treatment Indicate?
Question: Dear doctor,
Dear doctor,
We had miscarriage about 11 months ago.We are planning to conceive last 9 months but we are unable to get success. The doctor prescribed us clomid 100 mg this month and said I am not responding to the same.Also I hv been told that I have anverted retroflexed uterus.
On ultrasound day 11 doctor said I hv pcos eggs with very few normal eggs and that is why I am not responding to clomid.
What is the alternative treatment.... Is there anything which could solve our issue...can I ovolute this month

Endometrium 0.6 cm

Sorry for the delay in my response.
As in your ultrasound only size of ovaries and endometrium thickness are mentioned.
MSF means multiple small follicle which is usually found in PCOD patients.
With this much report it is very difficult to comment on egg size and fertility.
You have to go for repeat ultrasound for the same.
