Brief Answer:
there is not such relations between two.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I can understand your concerns,
As you told that your report shows diastolic notch both sides and you are on treatment for diabetes.
In my opinion, there is no relation between diastolic notch and baby's position. You need not to worry about it.
But presence of diastolic notch is not good sign.it indicates that there is blood flow disturbance towards baby.
I advise that you should consult your Gynecologist and keep counting of fetal movements.it should be more than 10 in 12hours.
Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
