What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hi

I have been trying to get pregnant for the last 4 months but it just isnt happening. I am using a clearblue fertility monitor which is not showing peak, My cycles are 27 to 29 days long so the doctor isnt concerned but I worry I dont ovulate. I will upload some investigations. Do you see I can conceive naturally and why does monitor never show a peak I currently on day 13 of cycle it is still showing low. This is the first month of the monitor

I saw your attached reports.

All reports seem to be normal.

Ultrasound scan shows good number of follicles. There is nothing to worry about it.

Keep trying naturally as there is possibility of pregnancy.

Fertility monitor is not always reliable to check ovulation. Your previous ultrasound scan report shows ovulation. There is nothing to worry about it.

so how often should i have intercourse and how long should it take to conceive before I seek fertility advice. if monitor only show 1 bar can i still be pregnant?

Yes you can get pregnant.

Have sexual Intercourse everyday from day 12 to day 18. After that you can have as you please.
