No history of abortion or beeding as this is first pregnancy. No miscarriage ever. Need to know if both gestational and yolk sacs present, how much % chances of fetal pole visible in next week and how much chance of having health baby growth? Reports attached

Brief Answer:
Quite chance. Do one TVS scan after 1 week.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for updated information. I have reviewed attached reports. Followings are my comments:

1) As per last period date, she is currently 6 weeks 6 days pregnant and fetal pole should be visible through Trans Abdominal ultrasound scan.

I can assume that there is 7 to 10 days growth lag and it could be due to late conception or ovulation as she has PCOS (presence of irregular late cycle).

2) I suggest her to continue prescribed medication and there is quite chance of healthy pregnancy. Do one Trans Vaginal ultrasound scan after 1 week to know the viability of the fetus, fetal pole and cardiac activity. It gives earlier result.

3) Take healthy balanced diet, adequate bed rest; AVOID heavy work, uneven surface, long journey, high heel shoe and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
