-a complex predominanty solid wit cyst 4.1x 9.4mm in upper aspect left thyroed lobe
-a complex solid/cystic nodel 5x6.8 mm at the mid aspect of left lobe
-a complex predominantly solid nodule 6x6.2 mm upper aspect of right lobe
-a complex solid/cystic nodule measuring 9x10.2 mm is seen at lower aspect of the right thyroid lobe with prominent vascularity of the central solid component
Right lobe 57.7x13.6x14.1 left 50.4 x13.5x11.7 isthmus 1.5 mm thick . Biopsy of right lower thyroid nodel should be considers if clinicaly indicated
My doctor done radioscan thyroid uptake 1.7%(.3-3)
2cold nodules in left lobe upper and lateral aspect another in upper pole of right lobe the rest revealed uniform tracer uptake no retrosternal extension

Brief Answer:
Thyroid nodule
Detailed Answer:
Do you have a family history of thyroid cancer?
Were you exposed to upper body radiation such as treatments for head/neck cancer?
If the answers to any of the above 2 questions is yes then you are at a higher risk of thyroid cancer compared to those without. In this case biopsy of the cold nodules as well as the other one which is close to 1 cm in size, should be considered.
Generally recent guidelines shy away from use of scan when the TSH is normal. But now that it has been done in your case, the cold nodules will always present the consideration for biopsy even though you may not have other risk factors
