Brief Answer:
please repeat the urine analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The report mentions your RBCs in a rather unusual range. A more apt report would have been 3-5RBCs which would have been alright or 8-10RBCs which would have been worth investigating. I suggest you repeat the urine analysis at a well reputed lab or diagnostic centre, and ideally give an early morning sample.
In a young adult male less than 40years, it is not likely to be very important, but should another report also mention that you have higher RBCs in urine, you should get a few more tests such as an X-ray KUB, an ultrasound KUB, urine culture, serum creatinine and also give urine for cytology and morphology.
Hope I have been of help.
Regards.
