Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Thanks for your follow up query.
The symptoms as mentioned in your post are attributed to infection/ inflammation of urinary tract.
However, the routine urine examination and your blood sugar levels are within normal limits.
Presenting with such symptoms, I usually treat my patients with:
1. Syrup Alkacitron (Alkaline mixture) 10 ml thrice a day to be taken mixed with a glass of water.
2. Drink lots of fluid to maintain hydration status (it dilutes the urine & reduces the burning sensation)
3. Avoid acidic food, carbonated drinks, excess tea and coffee.
4. Analgesics like paracetamol, to take care of the pain and associated fever (if any).
5. A course of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin preparation.
6. Maintain proper hygiene.
So, kindly consult your Doctor and get the medicines prescribed.
If symptoms are not relieved, you need to undergo certain additional investigations like culture and sensitivity of urine, X ray KUB (Kidney Ureter & Bladder) and Ultrasound scan of abdomen & pelvis.
They will be helpful in detecting any hidden focus of infection in the Genito urinary tract.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
