What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Your urinalysis
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I can understand why you would be worried, but your urinalysis does not mean you have kidney cancer. More likely than cancer is there may be a stone or stones or urinary gravel that is causing irritation. This can also increase your chances for a UTI/kidney infection.
Fourteen red blood cells per high powered field is abnormal, but while it is considered high, it is still so little that it would not be visible to the naked eye.
There may also be some residual irritation from the infection that you had that is causing the bleeding.
The blood could be occurring anywhere along the urinary tract - not necessarily the kidneys. If there is an irritation of your urethra, that could produce the amount of blood that was in your UA too.
Your doctor is wise to get kidney imaging studies. But please don't worry as it doesn't mean you necessarily have kidney cancer.
If you are willing, please let me know how you are doing after you have your ultrasound results.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.

Thanks.

Good - I hope you have a good weekend.

Kidney ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Well the good news is that no tumors, cysts, or stones were found in your urinary tract if your ultrasound was clear.
Are you still having the same symptoms?
Possibly there is a low grade infection that persists, although I'd think there would be more signs of that on the urinalysis such as increased white blood cells.
I'm thinking the opinion of one of our urologists might provide more information at this point. While they can't order tests, they might have more ideas about this. So if you would like to do that, you should close the discussion with me, and rewrite your question with the updated information. Also, write any medications you may be on including for other problems. And in the first line of your new question write "FOR UROLOGIST ONLY, PLEASE".
Good luck. I hope you will be able to get this sorted out soon.
