Question: I have WBC UA      6-10 /hpf, Epithelial Cells (non renal)      >10 /hpf, MUCUS UA      Present , RBC UA      0-2 /hpf, BACTERIA UA      Few, LEUKOCYTES ESTERASE UA      Negative What does this mean ?

You recently had a urine analysis with the above list results. The only thing on your UA is that the urine was not a clean catch. What this means is the high number of epithelial cells >10 per high power field shows that the urine sample was contaminated. The other aspects of the UA is completely normal and nothing to be concerned about.

The most important thing here is that there is no signs of a urinary tract infection since there is no Leukocyte esterase or bacteria seen on the UA.
