Brief Answer:
Different tests for vaginal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the report.
It is the report of the vaginal swab, which is done to assess the vaginal infection.
It shows mixed flora which means that there is no active infection, rather there is slight disturbance in the normal bacterial flora of the vagina.
However, this is not the cause of vaginal bleeding, and investigations like ultrasound, pap smear and if required, endometrial biopsy, should be done to assess the vaginal bleeding.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
