Brief Answer:
If your health permits, you can go on the trip.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Most often such fevers are due to viral infections. I have checked the report for Widal test and it is negative for typhoid. For typhoid to be present, it needs to be higher than 1:80. I doubt the so called significance of 'starting stage' but since you have started cefixime, you must complete the course.

You can proceed with your programmed tour if you feel yourself otherwise fit to take the strain of the journey. You need to continue taking fapanil when you get fevers. Otherwise Cefixime needs to be taken twice daily for 10 days or more.
