What Does Upper Back Pain And Stressed Muscles Indicate?

Question : I have mid/upper right back pain (increasing in intensity over the past few days. I thought it was a stressed muscle. Now the pain is worsening, I am eating tums like crazy and I am tender to the touch on my right side just belos the ribs.

1. A pancreatic Disease.
2. A Gall stone problem.
3. A Myeloradiculopathy.
I would suggest that you have the following tests -
1. A ultrasound of the abdomen.
2 a blood test for amylase and lipase.
3. Mri spine.
The order of performing the test should be the same as mentioned to avoid any unnecessary cost Spent.
