here is my background, I am 42 years old, started noticing these patches on one side of my neck back in March. SOmebody pointed them out to me, I never knew they were there. they never were prominent until I started getting a XXXXXXX The only thing I can think of different in the last two months is that we have a labor shortage and seem to be stresses more often than usual. Can stress cause skin condition and or effect pigmentation?
