Brief Answer:
Need blood investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A weight loss of 10 pounds in last 3 weeks is a matter of concern. It is not always associated with a serious problem but the possibilities need to be ruled out. In your case the recurrent vomiting seems to be the most likely cause.
Chronic infections, depression, diabetes, metabolic disorders, hormonal disturbances, malignancy, HIV, etc also need to be ruled out.
The increase in reading of bilirubin with normal appearance of liver and gall bladder can be due to infections like hepatitis. This can be ruled out after proper blood tests.
You need to see your primary physician who will work with you to determine what's causing the weight loss and the best way to treat the problem. You may need a special diet to prevent further weight loss or to regain lost pounds.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
