Brief Answer:
Bacterial conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I Can understand your concerns.

White discharge from right eye only is suggestive of bacterial conjunctivitis. This occurs due to repeated cleaning of eye with un sterile cloth or unhygienic hands.

In small babies, there is blockage of nasolacrimal duct for which massage is advised. It is usually bilateral and discharge is not white.

In my opinion, you can give moxifloxacin eye drops 1 drop in each eye three times a day for three days. Use clean cotton to clean eyes if required.

An examination of the child by ophthalmologist should be done so that we may not miss any important finding. If there is no improvement in 24 hours then get child examined by a ophthalmologist.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
