Brief Answer:
It can be a vaginal polyp.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be vaginal polyp. These are usually harmless. If it troubles you while having sex or bleeds then it can be removed after consulting a Gynecologist.
If you send a close picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Looks like vaginal polyp.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
I have gone through your picture. The picture is not so clear. If you spread your legs and then stretch with two fingers it will be more clear. I couldn't see the vaginal opening clearly.
From this lt looks like vaginal polyp. But I have a doubt whether it is a part of hymen. If you send a more clear picture then it will be more helpful.
Is it this year you had sex for first time in your life time?
Feel free to ask me any time .
