What Does White Layer On The Glans Penis Suggest?

Question: Hello Sir,

Request to the Urologist.

I have noticed at the inner cap of my penis having some white layer at some portion. Attached the image of the part. No itching or any specific abnormality due to this so far. But worried what is it and what should I do.

1) Did you have unprotected sex preceding this lesion .?

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Sir, if I start cefotaxime and diclofenac twice, there is no side effect of these. Also, for how long I need to take two medicines?

Thank you so much for the response, sir.
I will update you after 11 days on this.
Also, I request your suggestion on PME.
I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for long. I'm married for last 2 years. PME happens even at the very much beginning. I hadn't taken any medication for this and don't use any medicine during sex. I look for its fix solution, not for anything temporary during sex. Hello Sir, I tried to get neosporin at many medical stores but is not available for last few months in the market. Please suggest me any alternative for infection.

Also, I don't drink and smoke. Weight is 78kg n height 178cm, Age is 28yrs. After morning walk, I do meditation. I'm a vegetarian, fruits intake is good as well. Still not able to hold things.
