Brief Answer:
The treatment of choice in your case is bypass surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Based on the angiography results you have a three vessels disease (blockage on the three coronary arteries) and the treatment of choice in such a case is bypass surgery.

Although bypass surgery is more invasive it is the treatment of choice, because arterial grafts remain functional (open) for a longer period (coronary stents reclose more often within five years after angioplasty). This is why bypass surgery is advised in a patient with three vessels disease.

Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing your angiography video i confirm that the data you provided is correct and there's no miscalculation.

Moreover today angiography machines have software that accurately measures coronary artery blockage so miscalculation is almost impossible.

Hope this was of help!
