Brief answer....shall be all right soon
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It is very common to feel heavy head after fever is gone and the most common causes are cold, lack of nutrients, lack of sleep, lack of fluids, post fever myalgia etc.
Sometimes high blood pressure can also result in heavy head and so it should be ruled out.
In case you are having cold then taking steam and avoiding cold drinks shall help you.
If cold is not there ,then Keep continuing your treatment, take enough fluids, eat fruits, take some multivitamin and take proper rest and sleep.
You should be all right in next couple of days.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Thank you Dr XXXXXXX My physician had told that due to cold fever there is some water in the head. Will it subside with current prescription or do suggest any other medicine in addition to this.
Also I want to know what is the difference between combiflam, febrex plus and sinarest.
Which one of these is the best medicine for reducing inflamation.

Hello,
It would be better to start taking SINAREST PLUS instead of FEBREX PLUS because SINAREST has psedoephedrine in it which is a good decongestant and would help you more.
COMBFLAM is a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen.
FEBREX PLUS has paracetamol,CPM and phenylephrine hydrochloride.
SINAREST PLUS has paracetamol, caffeine,CPM and pseudoephedrine.
Thanks
