Brief Answer:
complex receptor actions.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Alprazolam increase dopamine release in brain by their complex receptors.
This gives a sense of well being and provides kick.
Also, alprazolam is a muscle relaxant and gives general feeling of relaxation.
Hydrocodone also gives kick but there is no general sense of well being.
Therefore, alprazolam is more addictive and likely to cause withdrawals.
Never stop alprazolam abruptly without consulting your doctor.
