Brief Answer:
Its vitamin b 12 and other multivitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I went through the prescriptions you have posted.
It seems they are suspecting you to have the neuropathy due to vitamin B12 deficiency.
Hence prescription of homocheck has been given to you as it contains Vitamin B12 and other multivitamins.
It will also improve anemia if present due to vitamin b12 deficiency.
So homocheck have 2 main purposes. Reducing the neuropathy and anemia if present. Please continue taking the said medication as prescribed by your doctor.
I hope I have answered your question well.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
hello and thanks for following up with me.
Both the medications are same and contain pregabalin.
Its a medication which is used for neuropathic pain usually associated with diabetes mellitus.
Vitamin B12 for peripheral neuropathy which also causes pain and pregabalin which reduces the peripheral pain caused due to peripheral neuropathy both are given to reduce the symptoms which you have of burning and discomfort in lower limbs.
Take pregaba 75mg during night before sleeping after food. It might take a week to see the effect.
Hope this advice helps you.

Brief Answer:
Reports look normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I went through your reports and they all look normal.

I may add here that serum Vitamin B 12 wpuld have been helpful and you can see whether the deficiency is present which is causing you the peripheral neuropathy. However I doubt that as you are not anemic and macrocytosis is absent.

Other than that its advisable to continue the said medications as mentioned in our previous discussion for at least 1 week to 10 days and see how it helps.

Other wise your reports are excellent and in normal range and nothing to be worried on that part.
Hope this helps.

Any more questions are welcome.
Thank you
