Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, it's nice to hear from you again.
If you had periods again on 17 th September, then it might have been ovulation bleeding, as it was midcycle and unlikely to be normal periods.
Please do clarify when did you take siphene, whether in the periods started in August, or the bleeding you had from17 th September. Also tell the duration of the bleeding started from 17 th September.
Rubella infection has no role in infertility and is generally not recommended unless the patient has signs and symptoms suggestive of infection like fever with typical rashes, sore throat etc.
Rubella IgG negative means that you have no immunity against this virus, and in this case, Rubella vaccine can be given. It is a live vaccine, so pregnancy should be avoided for at least3 months post vaccination.
Please upload your report so that I can review them and explain you more clearly.

I took siphene on the bleeding started from 17th Septmber. i only took this medicine on 19th and 20th September. Bleeding was less on 17th and 18th but its like normal periods from 19th onwards and is continue till today.
Before starting siphene she asked me to do Beta HCG which was 0.511. I have attached my Rubella IgG report as well.
Repeat Rubella IgG
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
if the bleeding is still continuing then it is not the ovulation bleeding. It is most likely due to hormonal changes which have occurred because of exercise and lifestyle modification.
If you have discontinued the siphene after 2 days, then it will not cause any ovulation induction as the dose is not complete.
Beta hCG is done in pregnancy, and was not indicated in your case as you were not overdue or had any symptoms of pregnancy.
I will suggest you to get your Rubella IgG values from a reliable lab like SRL, Thyrocare etc so that the results can be confirmed before any vaccination.
