Question: What are the equivalent dosages of Armour for 50 mcg and for 75 mcg of Synthroid? What would the Armour dosage be for 62 1/2 mcg of Synthroid were such a dosage available?

Armour is dessicated thyroid exract which contains both T3 and T4. Where as, synthroid is more pure preperation containing T4 only.So the comparison is only approximate.
50 mcg Synthroid is approximately 30 mg Armour thyroid
62.5 mcg Synthroid would be around 38-40 mcg Armour
75 mcg Synthroid would be approx 45 mcg Armour thyroid.
