Question: why can I only take 1 Zyrtec a day, I had one at noon, and now my eyes are itchy and runny again

Taking it in excessive dose can cause extreme sedation and effects remains the same.

I did some gardening Sunday and I believe one of the plants I trimmed, had some
white (like milk) i got on my hands, but due to my getting sweaty, i might have wiped my face, even though I washed my hands immediately.
It started last night, no sneezing, no pain, no headache and no fever just very sore runny eyes and nose.
